Checking for conflicts in a survey

You can find questions that are mapped to the same property in a survey. By ensuring that each question uses a unique property, you can prevent users from accidentally overwriting answers at run time.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.

  2. Click the name of a survey that has at least one question page defined.

  3. Click Actions > Open to open the underlying survey rule.

  4. On the Question pages tab, click the Open icon next to the name of a question page that has two or more questions defined.

  5. On the Question Page form, click Check for property conflicts.

An error message is displayed if a conflict is detected. To resolve the issue, update the identified questions and ensure that they use unique properties.

  6. Click Save.
