Displaying a warning in a survey

You can use a warning to display a message to users when the answer to a question meets conditions that you define. By providing feedback about the current values in a survey, you can encourage users to provide complete answers.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.

  2. Click the name of a survey that has at least one question page defined.

  3. Click the name of a question to open the Edit question dialog box.

  4. Expand the Warnings section.

  5. Define the conditions that control whether the warning is displayed.

The types of conditions that you can use are based on the type of question.

  6. Click Save to close the Edit question dialog box.

Note: You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.
