You can attach a file or URL link to a question in a survey. By providing supporting information about a question, you can help users provide answers more quickly.
Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.
Click the name of a survey that has at least one question page defined.
Click the name of a question to open the Edit question dialog box.
Select the Include supporting document check box.
In the Supporting label field, enter text to display in the tool tip for the file or URL.
Attach the supporting information.
In the Supporting type list, select File.
Click Choose File and navigate to a file on your local machine.
Click Upload File.
In the Supporting type list, select URL.
In the Supporting URL field, enter the address of a website or supporting document.
Click Save to close the Edit question dialog box.
At run time, an icon is displayed next to the question. Users can click the icon to open the supporting website or document.
Note: You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.
