Interacting with an application guide

If an application guide is available for your application, you can open it from the Resources menu. The application guide provides a set of instructions for you to complete.

  1. In the Designer Studio, click Resources > Application Guides.

  2. Click the guide title to display the list of tasks.

  3. Review each task and any associated text. If a task has an associated action, you can click a link to perform the task.

  4. After you complete each task, click the check mark to mark the task as complete. The check mark toggles to green and an indicator shows the percent complete for all tasks.

  5. Optional: To reopen a task, click the green check mark. The check mark toggles to white.

  6. Optional: To create a user story in Agile Workbench, or in an integrated project management tool, click the Actions menu icon and select Create story.

    1. Provide a name, description, and other details for the user story.

    2. In the Associated Feature field, select the feature that you want to associate with the user story.

    3. Set a priority for the user story by selecting one of the options: Future, Nice to have, or Must have.

    4. To attach your feedback, click +Add Attachment and select one of the following options:

      Click Record video to provide your feedback as a screen recording.

      • Click Capture screen to annotate an area of your screen and capture the screen.

      • Click Attach files to attach any file that contains your feedback.

      • Click Attach URL to attach a link to a page that contains your feedback.

    5. Click Save.
