Associating specifications on implementation rule forms

On most rule forms, you can associate specifications with the rules that implement them to improve the end-to-end traceability of your specifications. When you associate a specification with an implementation rule, you can use any specification from the current application or its built-on application stack.

1. Open the implementation rule form.
2. Click the Specifications tab. This tab lists the specifications that are currently associated with the rule.
3. Manage specifications in the following ways:
   • To associate a specification with the rule:
     1. Click the Add icon.
     2. In the Name field, type the name of a specification or select a specification from the autocomplete list.
   • To delete a specification, click the Delete icon.
4. Click Save to apply your changes.
