Subscribing to reports

You can subscribe to scheduled reports that are enabled for subscription. When you subscribe to a report, you receive a copy of the report by email each time the report runs.

An access control policy might deny you access to a report. If an access control policy is added to a report after you subscribed to it, you receive an email notification that you cannot receive the results of the report.

1. From the Report Browser in the Case Manager portal, click the Gear icon for the report shortcut to open the menu.
2. Select Subscribe. If Subscribe is not an option, you are not authorized to view the report.
3. To cancel your subscription, click the Gear icon for a report shortcut and select Unsubscribe.
