Configuring spelling checker settings

The spelling checker feature is available only for the classification analysis. By using the spelling checker, you can categorize the text with a greater confidence score, making the analysis more accurate and reliable. You can use English, Spanish, French, and German default dictionaries as well as upload custom dictionaries that best suit your business needs. The Check spelling section is available only when classification analysis is enabled on the Select Analysis tab.

  1. Open an instance of the Text Analyzer rule and click the Advanced tab.
  2. In the Check spelling section, select the Enable spell checking check box.
  3. In the Spell checker property field, select a spelling checker decision rule.

    The default spelling checker decision data rule is pySpellChecker.

    Each Spell checker decision data rule can have multiple language dictionaries associated with it. Each dictionary decision data has the following properties:

    Note: If you modified an instance of the Spell Checker Property that the system currently uses to analyze the text data, you must perform either of the following actions to ensure that the system to picks up the changes to that property:
