Creating a complex question

You can use a complex question in a survey to collect a series of responses from users. By choosing a question format that is specific to the type of information that you are gathering, you can help users provide complete answers.

For example, you can ask users to enter their five favorite movies in a series of text boxes or select a check box for each type of medication that they are taking.
