You can use the Legacy New Application wizard to create an application that provides full-scale solutions for your business requirements. You use the wizard to create the required rules and data instances.
Note:
The Legacy New Application wizard is deprecated. As a best practice, use the New Application wizard. However, some existing applications use extension points and might not be compatible with the current version of the New Application wizard. In this case, the Legacy New Application wizard launches automatically, and you use it to create a new application that is built on the selected application.
