Overriding an inherited format

Inherited formats in a dependent style can be overridden. The formats inherited by a skin appear on the Component styles tab of the skin. Overridden formats may be reverted back to their inherited style if needed.

1. On the Component styles tab of the skin, select the container or control type for the format you want to override.
2. In the Formatssection, click the Inherited tab.
3. Select the format you want to override
4. Click the override link in the Standard tab.
5. Click the My Formats tab in the Formatssection.
6. Edit the format as desired.
