The Pega Platform includes a basic set of relevant records that new or existing case or data types automatically recognize. Relevant records include fields (properties), views (sections), processes (flows), and user actions (flow actions) that determine prompting and display of information in certain areas of the application.
You must have the appropriate permissions to add relevant records to a class.
Click Designer Studio > Application > Inventory and then click the Relevant Records tab.
Enter the class in which you want to reuse the relevant record in the Class Name field. Relevant records are inherited through your class hierarchy.
Click Add Record.
In the Add Records dialog box, specify the type of record and the record name and then click Submit.
You can add only properties (fields) to data types.
