Enabling the Client Clipboard and setting debugging options

Client Clipboard is used on Android and iOS devices to query both cases and data used by a custom mobile app built to support an offline mode.

To test and debug the custom mobile app being developed and enable Client Clipboard, you must enable debugging and optionally set the log level.

  1. In Designer Studio, click the name of your application and click Channels and interfaces.
  2. Click a custom mobile app icon.
  3. Click the Build tab.
  4. In the Platforms section, turn on the Android or iOS switch.
  5. Expand the Advanced section.
  6. Select the Enable debugging check box, to enable Client Clipboard and the debugging capability.
  7. In the Logging level list, select the required log level (Silent, Error, WarningInfo, or Debug).
  8. Click Save.
