Surveys

A survey presents one or more questions to users in a format that you define. By integrating surveys with your application, you can use information from customers to make data-driven decisions.

For example, you can use a survey to collect the medical history of a patient, and then evaluate the provided information to recommend a primary care physician.

You can access, create, and update surveys by using the Survey Management landing page.
