Updating screen captures in an application document

You can update the screen captures that depict how a user interacts with a case. By ensuring that your screen captures include real-life data, you can generate documents that are easier to understand.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Application > Tools > Document to open the Application Document tool.

  2. In the Saved document configurations section, click the settings for an application document.

  3. Click the Screen captures tab.

  4. In the Action column, click Update data.

  5. Update the screen captures in one of the following ways:
