Enabling an application for project work tracking

When an application is enabled for project work tracking, a project worklist appears in the Application Summary section of the Designer Studio Home tab. The worklist displays the open project work (user stories, tasks, bugs, and issues) currently assigned to you in PMF. From the worklist, you can open, display, and act on the PMF items. You can also display a list of the rule changes associated with your project assignments or all rule changes associated with project items.

Integration with PMF is deprecated. You can set up integration with another project management tool, such as Pega Agile Studio, from the Application rule form.

  1. Click Designer Studio > System > Settings > Project Management.
  2. In the Application settings section, locate the application for which you want to enable project tracking.
  3. Select the Project tracking check box to enable project work tracking for the application. Items assigned to you in PMF now appear in the following locations:

This setting also updates the Enable Project Management setting on the Application rule form.
