Viewing the roles that have a privilege

To understand who has various privileges, you can view the roles that have a privilege. You can do this in various ways. The way you view roles and privileges depends on your familiarity with role and privilege names.

To view the roles that have a privilege, use the following methods:

• If you know the privilege name, complete the following steps to view all roles that have the privilege.
  1. In the Explorer panel, click Records > Security > Privilege and open the privilege you want to view.
  2. On the Roles tab, view the roles that have the privilege.
• If you do not know the privilege name, use Access Manager to view privileges for the roles in your application.
