Use the Notification definition tab to define your notification message and its recipients.
The following options are available on the rule form.

Description |
| Message | Specify a field value rule that holds your message along with any parameters. |
| Recipient data page | Specify a data page of list type that contains the recipient properties. If the data page needs parameters, click Configure parameters to specify them. |
| Recipient type | Select Operator ID if the intended recipients are users with a valid operator ID record. For external users, select Email ID. |
| Recipient property | Select the property on the data page that holds the value of the recipient Operator ID or Email ID value. |
