You can manually enable any disabled or locked operators.
One case in which operators need to be enabled is when Pega Platform is deployed in secured mode; the administrator must enable new default operator IDs. For more information, see the deployment guide.
Click Designer Studio > Org & Security > Authentication > Operator Access.
In the Disabled operators section, select the check box next to the operator to enable.
Click Enable selected.
Click Confirm.
Every operator who has been enabled must change the password when logging in for the first time.
