Publishing a dashboard

After you customize a dashboard, you need to publish it so that it is visible in your application. You can publish a personal or shared dashboard.

1. Configure your dashboard.

2. Publish your dashboard to the intended audience.

   To keep the dashboard personal:

   Click Publish.

   No other user can see your changes.

   To share the dashboard with your team:

   1. Click the Down Arrow from the Publish button.

   2. Click Publish to work group.

      This option is available when you are the manager of a team.

   To share the dashboard with all users:

   1. Click the Down Arrow from the Publish button.

   2. Click Publish to default.

      This option is available for developers who can check out rules.

   Your changes are seen only by users who have not yet personalized their dashboard. You cannot use the Publish to default option to globally reset a dashboard for all users in your application.

To undo your changes, click Discard.
