Interest rate

You can calculate the interest rate per period of annuity.

This function takes the following arguments:

• Number of periods – The total number of payment periods in an annuity.
• Payment – The constant payment made each period of the life of the annuity.
• Present value – The present value of the investment.
• Future value – The future value of the investment.
