Adding a case attachment from a CMIS repository

When you work on a case, you can add content from a CMIS repository to the case in the Attachments section.

  1. Click Attach new in the Attachments section and click the value that you entered in the Label for 'Upload CMIS content' menu item field on the Integration & security tab of the application rule.
  2. Browse and attach a file from one or more CMIS repositories. These repositories correspond to the Connect-CMIS records that are available for the current operator.

    The case attachment now appears in the Attachments section.

    Note: To remove a case attachment, click the Delete icon next to the name of the attachment.
