Changing the icon of a case type

You can change the icon that is displayed in the Case Manager portal and tabs of open cases in Designer Studio. By using a unique icon for each case type, you can visually differentiate cases in your application.

Note: The icon that you provide in the case-type settings overrides the image in the Icon field of the Cases & data tab on the Application rule form.
  1. In the Explorer panel, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
  2. On the Settings tab, click General.
  3. Click Change icon to open a list of supported icons.
  4. Select a thumbnail from the list and click OK.
  5. Click Save.
