Associating a calendar with a work queue

You can associate a calendar with a work queue so that work is assigned to the queue only on work days.

  1. In the Explorer panel, click Records > Organization > Work queue and select the work queue that you want to modify.
  2. In the Preferences tab, specify the calendar details.
    1. In the Calendar field, enter a calendar name that identifies the business days and holidays that apply to this work queue.
    2. Leave the Time Zone blank. It is not used.
