Saving the text extraction model

After the model has been created, you can export the binary file that contains the model to your directory and store it for future use. You can also create a specialized rule that contains the model. That rule can be used in text analyzers in Pega Platform.

• To export the binary file that contains the model that you built, perform the following actions:
  1. In the Model selection section, click Download the model file.
  2. Save the JAR file to a local directory.
• To upload the model to your application as a rule for use in text analyzers, perform one of the following actions:
  • To save the model rule as part of the default rule context, select Use default context. The system architect can define the default rule context in Designer Studio on the Analytics Center Settings landing page
  • To save the rule as part of a different rule context, perform the following actions:
    1. Select Specify context.
    2. In the Apply to field, press the Down Arrow key and then select a rule context.
    3. Click Create.
