Adding an application guide to a portal
You can make your application guide available to users by adding it to one or more portals.

In the Designer Studio header, click the name of your current application, and then click Definition to open the Application form.

Click the Documentation tab.

If there are no guides defined in the Application Guides section, click + Add guide.

In the field that is displayed, press the Down Arrow key, and then select the name of your application guide.

In the Available in column, click portals.

Click + Add portal.

In the field that is displayed, press the Down Arrow key and then select the name of a portal.

Click Submit.

On the Application form, click Save.

If the portal that you select is custom, ensure that you add the pxLaunchAppGuide control to the portal.
