Bookmarking a message in Pulse

You can bookmark a message in Pulse that you consider important, so that you can easily find the message later in your activity feed.

The following guidance applies to case messages, however, you can use Pulse to communicate in other contexts, such as a user or an application.
  1. Open a case by searching for it or by reviewing the worklists and work queues on your dashboard.
  2. Click the Toggle pulse icon.
  3. Hover over the message, and then click the Show more icon.
  4. Click Bookmark.
