Resolving duplicate records in the Email Wizard

The Email Wizard displays any duplicate records, which you must resolve before you can proceed.

  1. From the Resolution list, select one of the following options:
    • Overwrite – Select to overwrite the older record with the newer record.
    • Rename – Select to rename the record you are creating.
  2. If you are renaming the record, enter the new name in the New Name column.
  3. Click Next.
