Restricting work queue assignments by role

You can associate roles with a work queue so that only users with at least one of the roles can retrieve an assignment from the work queue.

1. In the navigation panel, click Records > Organization > Work queue and select the work queue that you want to modify.
2. On the Work queue tab, in the Roles field, specify one or more roles.
