Using the Purge/Archive Scheduling wizard — Work Pool and Name form

This is the first form displayed when you start the Purge/Archive Scheduling wizard. Use this wizard to create or modify a purge/archive schedule. Access the wizard by clicking Configure > System > Operations > Purge/Archive and selecting Schedule Process.

Field Description
Work Pool Select the work pool that contains the configuration you want to schedule.
Name Select the name of the configuration.
Create Click when you have entered the work pool and name.
  • If there is no schedule associated with the configuration, the Select Archive Settings form appears. You use this form to define the schedule criteria.
  • If a schedule already exists for this configuration, its user form appears. The form contains a history of updates to the agent activity. The form enables you to update the schedule or remove it.
