Previewing and creating the product file

After you configure and save your product rule, you can preview the contents of the product file and generate the file.

Configure and save the product rule as described earlier.
  1. On the Product rule form, click the Contents tab.
  2. Optional: To preview the contents of the product file before creating it, click Preview product file.
  3. To create the product file, click Create product file.
    1. In the Create Product File dialog, enter the name of a .jar or .zip file for your product.
    2. Click OK.
      If there are errors, they are displayed in a separate dialog. Close the dialog, fix the errors, and try again.
    3. The file status is displayed in a separate dialog. From that dialog, to save the file locally, click the Click here hyperlink. Your browser displays the status of the download.
    4. Close the Archive created dialog.
