Downloading log files

You can save your log files to view them later.

1. Click Configure > System > Operations > Logs.
2. Click Log Files.
3. Click:
   • text - to download a log as a text file, with .txt as the file type.
   • zip - to download a log as a .zip file.
4. Enter the authentication information for your application server and click Log in.
5. Select where you want to save your file, and click Save.
