Enabling offline case attachments support
You can enable offline case attachment support, which allows your offline-enabled applications that run as a custom mobile app on a mobile device or as a Pega Client for Windows-based application, to synchronize case attachments between Pega Platform and the device. This way, application users can view, add, and delete attachments to cases, regardless of the connection status.
- In Dev Studio, in the navigation panel, click Cases, and then click the case type.
- On the Settings tab, click General.
- In the Offline mode section, make sure that the Enable offline check box is selected.
- Select the Make attachments available offline check box.
- Optional: Optimize large file support performance.
- Click Save.
