Customize the filter conditions to display a specific information in the
report. For example, you can filter the report, to display the list of user IDs that contains
the division ID.
Filter conditions compare the values of properties based on
relational operators that indicate the relation between the properties. For example, if the
filter condition contains the is equal relational operator, the report
displays properties that values are equal.
Before you begin: Ensure that the report contains at least one filter condition.

Run the report that you want to update.

In the upper-right corner, click Edit report.

In the Filtered by section, click the filter condition that you
want to edit.

In the Edit filter dialog box, edit the filter condition:

In the Filter condition name box, press the Down arrow
key, and then select a property to compare with your property.

In the Filter condition name list, select a relational

Click the Calculation Builder.

In the Calculation builder modal dialog box, in the
Select a function field, press the Down arrow key, and
then select a function.

In the Function input field, press the Down arrow key,
and then select a property to calculate.
Some functions require more than one input property, so more
Function input fields are available.

Click Submit.

In the Filter condition name list, select a relational
operator for the filter condition.

Click Select values.

If you want to display all available values, click the Available
values tab.

If you want to display valid values only, click the Valid
values tab.

Select one or more values, and then click
Submit.

- Optional:
To change the name of the filter condition that is visible in the Report Viewer and the
Report Editor, in the Filter Caption field, enter a new name.

To use a null comparison value if a comparison value is not specified, select the
Use null if empty check box.

To apply a case insensitive comparison, select the Ignore case
check box.

Click Apply changes.
