404 Error related to "/webwb/jquery.min.js" during perf testing

Summary



User is on Pega 718 and is conducting performance test for a mobile application using Load Runner. During the performance tests they are using IE-11 and Google Chrome browsers. They are finding the below 404 error in the PegaRULES logfile:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Execution of performance test throws the reported error message in PegaRULES logfile.


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules is identified as the root cause of this issue. The Rule-File-Text instance related to “jquery.min.js” is found to be referenced in custom application rules.

Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: 

The Rule-File-Text instance related to “jquery.min.js” is referenced in custom application rules. Update the custom rules or code to remove the references to this Rule-File-Text instance for resolving the issue.
