Summary

The attachment category view is not selected but user can still view attachments.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create attachment category with a when condition where all but View is selected.
2. Create a work item.
3. Attach a file to that category.
4. Progress the work and open attachment

Root Cause

The code to check whether the user has the privilege to view the attachment or to show the error "Unable to open the attachment_You lack the required permission" is not included in the DisplayAttachment HTML rule of PegaHealthCodes:07-11-01 ruleset.

Resolution

After adding the code issue is resolved.
