Access Keys Don't Work With Field Values

User have a button that we would like to use an access key with and have created a field value and called 'Lookup' and added an & to the label before it, so its &Lookup.

The browser adds an underline under the L but it is not clicked with using the correct hotkeys to activate it.

However when user do not use a field value and instead just a string as a caption and use &Lookup it works.

User want to be able to use the access keys but we also need to be able to showcase localization.
