Accessibility: Attach a file 'Browse' button is not accessible

Summary
When trying to use the Attach a File "Browse" functionality served through pzAttachFileBrowseMultiDD_P section, the Browse button does not respond to the 'ENTER' key press while other buttons do.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
When you navigate to the "Browse" button on this feature, JAWS prompts with this - "Press SPACEBAR to activate". At this point, press the SPACEBAR to see the File Dialog box.
