Accessibility: Cannot jump to beginning of list with pxDropdown

The pxDropdown control does not allow you to jump to beginning of list from the end OR jump to the start from the end of the list using the keyboard's arrow key.

Error Messages

No error message(s)

Steps to Reproduce

1) Have access to the screen reader JAWS
2) Create a section and include a dropdown list of values.
3) Preview section and cycle through the dropdown list with the keyboard's down arrow.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
The developer assumed that like menu controls, the arrow key would eventually circle to the first item in the dropdown once it has reached the last item.

When a user is on the dropdown field, he can use the ARROW key to navigate through the list and reach the bottom. He can use the HOME key to reach the first element in the list. He can use the END key to reach the last element in the list. He can press the first letter key of an option in the list to directly jump to it.
