Accordions icon is missing in IE

Summary
User have migrated from PRPC 6.1 to Pega 7.2 where they are facing issues with Accordion collapsible icons.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an accordion with section inside.
- Run the case in Internet Explorer browser (Class:accord_titleBarIcon) Icon is not displaying.
Root Cause
Accordion icon has display:table-cell which Internet Explorer is not honouring because of which icon is invisible.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Place following css style in userworkform to fix the issue:
<style>
.ie td.accord_titleBarIcon {
display: inline-block;
}
</style>
