Action area and button do not extend to the full width of screen

Summary
Post update to Pega 7.4, the action area and the action button which is floated right do not extend to the full width of the screen in a modal window. The modal window contains a table with multiple columns which extends beyond the action area. This occurs in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 7.4.
- Add a link on the Case Manager portal.
- Configure the modal window with a header containing a button floated right and a table with ~20 columns.
- Launch the modal window on click of the link. The layout must contain the out-of-the-box action area container style.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Since the issue occurs only on the Reports screen, the below change is suggested:
<style> .ie11 table.report-runtime.ie-table-fix { table-layout:auto !important; } </style>
The 'report-runtime' class is appended only for reports at runtime and not for tables sourced with a report definition.
