Summary

Double clicking a button, for example on Back button in screenflow, produces transaction ID error.

Error Messages

This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction.

In Pega log, the following error occurred:
Error : Posted transaction id '4xxxxxxx' for frame 'ActionFrame' DOES NOT match record '1zzzzzz'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a case using out-of-the-box screen flow buttons section.
2. Progress the case to Step 2 or 3, step with Back button displayed, and click twice or more times on Back button.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. On double clicking form is submitted multiple times.

Resolution

Apply HFix-27271 for Pega 7.1.9.
