Summary
Save button used on service intents throws "Action not allowed outside transaction" when double clicked.
Error Messages
This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction
Steps to Reproduce
- Open service intent from Member composite.
- Double click on the Save button (available out of the box).
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. This is a known issue, see SA-25409.
Resolution
Implement the local change as described in SA-25409.
If the system also contains the When rule pzEnableTestID, then it is also necessary to provide your users with the privilege pxTestID, so the local change will function correctly when launching directly into a user portal.
