Actions after Save are not called

Summary
A Run Activity is followed by a Save Activity which are added to the same button click event, the Run Activity is not called in Pega 7.1.9. Save Activity executes and Run activity is ignored.Error Messages

This is an expected behavior and works as per design. Resolution
Local-change is to perform a Save As of Work-.UpdateDefaults Activity and invoke the Activity to run from this.
