An error message is generated when PRPC attempts to install an ActiveX control browser plugin.

Access the application and use a feature that requires an ActiveX browser plugin.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment.
Resolution
This issue was resolved by manually reinstalling the ActiveX controls on the impacted machine using the instructions provide in thei PDN article:
