Activity status message is shown on changing uploaded file name

SA-24373

Summary

Activity status message is being displayed when trying to change the name of the attachment added.
This is happening only in Review harness.

Error Messages

Not applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a case in review.
  2. Add an attachment.
  3. Change the name of the attachment.

Root Cause

The issue is happening when the row is not set active while the post value is triggered in the repeating grid as shown in the screenshot below.

Review harness tries to load everything in read only mode and is not loading all the js files required for setting the row active on uploading the file. If the UI-Kit7 ruleset is used the issue is not happening, it is happening only with PegaEndUserUI ruleset. This is because, pycasecontent section in UI-Kit7 contains pega pulse section but the same in PegaEndUserUI does not have pega pulse.

Resolution

Having Pega pulse section in pycasecontent is loading the js files required for a repeating layout and the issue is not happening.
After adding Pega pulse section in customized pycasecontent section of the user and making it hidden by using display:none CSS inline style solved the issue.

Note that if one specifies the container format as default, then a small white box will be shown, to overcome this set the container format as 'None'.
