Adaptive agent settings throws error on screen



When clicking the Agent Settings link from the Adaptive Decision Manager (Decisioning Services) page, an error occurs instead of the expected agent settings.

Steps to Reproduce

Click Agent Settings link in Decisioning Services page.

Root Cause

This behavior was observed when the data migrated from one environment to another. In such cases, the application host ID pointing to the old environment gets picked by the application.


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Clean the cache.
  2. Re-Save the Application rule.
