Open the Adaptive Decision Manager and view the data.Root Cause
By default, the batch size for taking a snapshot is 50, a value considered suitable even in cases of large size models. One can adjust the batch size by changing the value for the Dynamic System Settings admmart/batchSize in the Pega-ProcessCommander ruleset.Resolution
User is suggested to adjust the value of Dynamic System Setting admmart or batchSize. If user is getting update report data failed error intermittently, user can reduce the batchsize further for ADM snapshot and test the behavior.
ADMSnapshot Agent by default triggers or runs every 120 seconds for processing 50 (default) or the updated Dynamic System Setting admmart/batchSize value configured. For more details, refer HELP page.
