Adaptive Model Predictors are inactive

SA-15720

Summary

Adaptive Model Predictors are inactive. One (update decision) request  is sent with a predictor with a set value and an accepted offer. Another request is sent with the same predictor set to a different value and the same offer (as in the first request), which is declined. These requests are sent many times o force a predictor to become active but this turns unsuccessful.
The adaptive model records the response. However, in the behavior report, the predictors do not have any accepts, declines, or performance.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run any Strategy with the Adaptive model.
2. Review Adaptive model report and update reporting metrics.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2

Root Cause

User was unable to see the responses captured for the predictors as the user was using expressions instead of a Property for the Predictors field in the Adaptive model.

Resolution

Provide an appropriate value to Run Data Analysis After and the Performance Threshold setting of the Adaptive model and run the request for a certain amount of time with both Positive and Negative Outcomes, the Predictors became active. Additionally, make use of a Property for the Predictors field in the Adaptive model instead of expressions.
