Summary
The 'Add' button for new elements does not appear for BIX Extract rules in PRPC 6.2 SP1 Designer Studio.

Steps to Reproduce
Open Extract rule in Designer Studio in IE 11 (emulation mode).
Root Cause
The emulation that Microsoft offers with IE 11 is incomplete. Certain features are known to be missing and other features cannot be made to work.
Resolution
Earlier versions of PRPC Developer Portal is not supported with IE11 – even with emulation enabled.
