Adding Association rule to Simulation input rule throws error

Summary



User was trying to add an association rule to simulation input definition which results in error on screen.

Error Messages



** Join type in Association Rule is invalid
** Association Rule is not valid


Steps to Reproduce



1) Open Input Definition from Simulation settings.
2) Check fetch additional embedded pages.
3) Add Association rule and save it.


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules. User has configured the Association rule for the option other than "Include All rows in your Customer class" which was causing the above error.


Resolution



By Selecting "Include All rows in your Customer class" option from the drop-down while configuring Association rule and tried re executing the Simulation, the issue was resolved.

​User has verified the Simulation reports and confirmed that Offers are distributed to all users who are part of Simulation input.
